As of 1 September 2024 MBIE has updated the advice grant application form, condensing three templates into one. You can download the MBIE advice grant application template in MS Word format below:

• Envirolink advice grant template (for all levels)
• Envirolink Tools Stage 1 Proposal - this is for submission by October; Note - from 2025 there is a requirement in the form to indicate ongoing costs of maintaining the tool

The criteria that MBIE use to evaluate tool proposals can be found here.

• MBIE Tool Proposal Template (Stage 2) - to be completed once MBIE approves the Stage 1 proposal (check with MBIE that form hasn't changed)
